What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address and the configuration of the amplifier you ordered. If you save a build without ordering, we store only that configuration and, if you provide it, your email address.
Payment information
We do not collect or store card numbers. Payments are processed by our payment provider, who receives your card details directly. We receive only a confirmation and the last four digits.
How we use it
To build and ship your amplifier, to send order and build-status updates, and to answer your questions. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except with the service providers needed to fulfil your order.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action the request. Order records may be retained where we are required to keep them.
