Terms of Service

Made to order

Every amplifier is assembled by hand after you order. Your configuration is the specification we build to, so please check it before you complete checkout.

Pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and include the options you select. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown when you complete your order is the price you pay.

Lead times

Build times vary with the queue and the options chosen. We give an estimate at checkout and tell you when your build changes stage. Estimates are not guarantees.

Warranty

If something fails through a fault in materials or assembly, contact us and we will repair or replace it. This does not cover damage from misuse, modification or ordinary wear.

Housings

Amplifiers are built into a drive-in theater speaker housing: either a new casting made to the RCA pattern, or a cleaned vintage original, which may be an RCA or another maker’s speaker.

On a vintage original, marks, patina and small irregularities are inherent to the material and are not defects. New castings are not sold on that basis and the warranty above applies to them in full.
