Free shipping within the United States. We are not shipping internationally yet.

Build time

Amplifiers are built to order, one at a time. Your order enters the queue when payment clears, and we email you as it moves through building, finishing and shipping.

30-day satisfaction guarantee

If the amplifier is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a return. It should come back in the condition it arrived, with its packaging.

Custom finishes

Builds with a custom colour are made specifically for you and cannot be resold, so they are handled case by case rather than under the standard return policy. Talk to us before ordering if this matters to you.

Damage in transit

If your amplifier arrives damaged, photograph the box and the unit and contact us straight away so we can resolve it.
